RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (B2B ONLY)
This store sells exclusively to business customers (B2B). No statutory consumer right of withdrawal applies.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. Any visible shipping damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to us. If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, contact us without undue delay at info@gingeradditive.com with photos, order number and a description of the issue.
Returns
Returns are only accepted with prior written approval and return instructions (RMA). Items returned without approval will not be accepted. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging unless the return is due to a confirmed defect.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for custom-made products, special orders, personalized items, consumables, or items damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, or improper handling.
Refunds
If a return is approved and the returned item is inspected and accepted, refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error and explicitly agreed in writing.
