From Order to First Print
Here's what happens after you place your order, including production, delivery, space requirements, setup options and your first print.

Production
G1 printers are produced on demand. Once your order is received, production is scheduled. Production itself takes about three weeks.

Delivery
The printer arrives in a secure wooden crate by truck, usually with door-to-door delivery. Shipping in Europe usually takes about one week.

First Print
After delivery and setup, you can follow the assembly documentation, installation guidance or optional workshop support to get ready for your first print.

The printer will arrive in a secure wooden crate by truck, usually with door-to-door delivery. We recommend using a pallet truck to move the crate. Most users leave the printer on the pallet for easier handling.
Note: Import taxes or additional fees may apply when ordering from outside the EU.

Dimensions
Plan enough space around the printer for access, material changes and operation. We recommend leaving at least 70 cm behind the printer.

Installation Workshop
Optional upgrade
Add an installation workshop if you want guided support during setup. Our team helps you understand the machine, review the installation process and prepare the printer for operation.
