How much does the G1 cost?
The current complete G1 system is priced at €19,990 + applicable VAT, EXW Italy.
What is included for €19,990?
The complete package includes the G1 printer, pellet dryer, automatic pellet feeding system and enclosure.
Are there mandatory accessories I need to buy separately?
The standard package is designed as a complete printing system. Additional parts or options may be recommended for particular applications.
Is VAT included?
No. The quoted €19,990 price is net of VAT. The applicable VAT treatment depends on the customer's location and tax status.
Do you offer university discounts?
Educational pricing may be available for universities, research institutions and educational organizations. Contact us with details of the institution and project for a quotation.
Do you offer reseller pricing?
Ginger Additive works with selected resellers and distribution partners. Commercial terms depend on the partnership and market. Contact our sales team if you are interested in representing Ginger Additive.
Do you offer demo-machine discounts?
Demonstration and collaboration arrangements are evaluated individually. Availability and conditions are not guaranteed.
Do you offer financing or leasing?
Financing possibilities depend on the country and project. Ginger Additive can cooperate with third-party financing or leasing providers where appropriate. Contact sales for the available options.
How do I order a G1?
Contact Ginger Additive with your company information, billing and delivery address and application. We will prepare a formal quotation. Once the quotation is accepted and the agreed initial payment is received, the order enters production.
Can I order directly online?
Please contact our sales team for larger system purchases so we can confirm configuration, logistics and application requirements before the order is finalized.
What information do you need for a quotation?
We typically require company name, billing address, delivery address, contact details, VAT or equivalent tax number and the required equipment.
Can I reserve a production slot?
Production scheduling is linked to confirmed orders and the applicable payment conditions.
How long does it take to receive a G1?
Typical production lead time is currently approximately 6–8 weeks after order confirmation and the required payment.
Is 6–8 weeks guaranteed?
It is the typical production estimate, not an unconditional delivery guarantee. Exact timing is confirmed with the quotation/order and can depend on production capacity, suppliers and logistics.
Do you ship throughout Europe?
Yes. Ginger Additive ships G1 systems throughout Europe.
Do I have to pay customs when buying from another EU country?
Shipments between EU member states normally do not involve import customs clearance. VAT treatment depends on the customer's circumstances.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on destination, service and order configuration. Contact us with the complete delivery address for an accurate quotation.
Can I collect the printer myself?
The standard commercial basis is EXW Italy, so collection or customer-arranged freight can be possible.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes. Ginger Additive can ship internationally.
Can the G1 be shipped by air?
Depending on destination and freight requirements, air freight can be arranged.
Can it be shipped by sea?
Yes, sea freight can be used for suitable destinations.
Who pays import duties and taxes outside the EU?
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, the buyer is responsible for destination-country customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, permits and import requirements.
Can Ginger guarantee that I can import the G1 into my country?
No. Customers outside the EU are responsible for confirming local import, certification and regulatory requirements before purchase.
Can I use the G1 in the United States, Canada, Australia or another non-EU country?
Technically the machine can be shipped internationally, but customers must confirm applicable local regulatory, electrical and certification requirements before purchase.
Can you provide formal quotations for public procurement?
Yes. Ginger Additive can prepare formal commercial quotations and technical documentation for universities and public institutions.
Can Ginger guarantee shipping costs without an address?
No. Shipping must be quoted based on destination and transport method.
Can Ginger guarantee customs costs outside the EU?
No. Duties, taxes and import requirements are determined by the destination country.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our typical payment structure is 60% with the order and 40% before shipment. Alternative arrangements may be possible depending on the project and are specified in the individual quotation.
When does production start?
Production is scheduled once the quotation/order has been accepted and the required initial payment has been received.
Can payment terms be customized?
Potentially, yes. Contact our sales team to discuss the requirements of your organization or procurement process.
Is the G1 CE compliant?
Yes, the G1 is CE compliant.
Is the G1 FCC certified?
No. The G1 does not currently have FCC certification.
Is the G1 UL certified?
No. The G1 is not currently UL certified.
I'm outside the EU. Can I still purchase the machine?
Yes, Ginger Additive ships internationally. However, customers are responsible for verifying any local certification, import and regulatory requirements before purchasing.
