EC1 Chair

EC1 is a modular lounge chair designed as a standalone seat or part of larger configurations. Originally conceived in fiberglass, it was reinterpreted through large-scale 3D printing to avoid the toxicity and complexity of fiberglass processing. Printed in glass-fiber-reinforced PETG, it maintains structural strength while making production cleaner, repeatable, and easier to control. Its two-part construction improves stackability, transport, and assembly, while its wave-like geometry recalls sine functions and egg crate foam.
