Politique d’expédition

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on destination, shipment type (parcel vs. freight/crate) and availability of carriers.

Incoterms and import fees

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, shipments are delivered under DAP (Delivered At Place). Customs clearance, import duties, local taxes, and any destination charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery method and unloading

Freight deliveries are typically “to-door/curbside” delivery. The customer is responsible for unloading and moving the goods into the premises. Depending on the shipment, unloading may require appropriate equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jack, liftgate). We cannot guarantee liftgate availability unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

Risk transfer

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Possible additional charges

Additional charges at destination may occur and remain the responsibility of the recipient, including but not limited to: customs inspection, storage/warehousing, demurrage, bonded storage, extra handling, liftgate/inside delivery, appointment deliveries, tolls/gate fees, and other carrier or authority surcharges.

Failed delivery / refused import

If a shipment is refused by customs or cannot be delivered due to missing import permissions or incorrect recipient information, any costs incurred (return shipping, storage, handling, re-delivery) will be charged to the customer.
